Request a site assessment.

An hour on site gets you a moisture reading, an honest assessment of the slab and the joints, a system recommendation and a phasing plan that fits your operation. There is no obligation and no pressure to decide on the spot.

What a walk-through involves

An hour that tells you what you are actually dealing with.

Stage 01

You tell us about the building

The form below, or a phone call. Facility type, roughly how big, and when the space could realistically be released. That is enough to know whether we are the right people.

Five minutes
Stage 02

We walk it with you

We test the slab for moisture, look at the joints, the drains and the thresholds, and ask what gets spilled on the floor and what cleans it.

About an hour
Stage 03

You get a written scope

A system recommendation, the preparation it needs, and a phasing plan with the hours each zone is out of service. In writing, so you can take it to whoever signs it off.

In writing
Stage 04

You decide, in your own time

If the timing or the system is wrong for your space we will have said so at the walk-through. Nobody chases you.

No obligation
Next step

Tell us about the facility.

The more you can tell us about the building and the timing, the more useful the first conversation is. If you are budgeting for next year rather than booking work now, say so — that is often the best time to talk to us.

Common questions

Before you get in touch.

Is there any cost or obligation?
No, to both. The walk-through is how we work out what your floor actually needs, and it is as much use to us as it is to you. If we are not the right contractor for the job we will tell you at the end of it.
How quickly will you get back to me?
The same working day wherever we can. You will get an automatic confirmation within seconds of submitting the form, and a real reply from a person after that.
We are only budgeting, not buying yet.
That is a good reason to talk to us, not a reason to wait. A scope and a realistic sense of the work months ahead of a budget cycle is worth considerably more than a rushed number in the week the money has to be committed.
Do you need us to have measurements ready?
No. Approximate area is enough to start, and "not sure yet" is a legitimate answer on the form. We measure at the walk-through.
What if it turns out to be residential?
Then say so on the form and we will handle it as residential work. We still do garages, basements and patios, and they go to the same crew.
