Healthcare & clinic floor coatings

Treatment rooms, corridors and procedure areas need a floor with nowhere for anything to collect and no odour during patient hours. We install outside clinic hours, room by room, in low-odour systems.

What actually goes wrong

A cleanable floor is a floor with no edges.

Sheet vinyl in a clinical space is only as good as its welds and its coved edge. When a weld opens or a cove lifts, you have a seam that cannot be cleaned and a cleaning protocol that quietly stops being true. Add castor traffic from equipment and the failure concentrates exactly where it matters most. A poured seamless system has no welds, coves up the wall as part of the same installation, and takes castor traffic without denting.

Where we will tell you something else

  • Spaces with specialist regulatory requirements we are not certified for
  • Operating theatres and any space needing conductive or ESD-rated flooring, unless that capability is confirmed
  • Waiting areas where a softer, warmer floor covering suits better
  • Sound sheet vinyl that only needs its welds repaired

The part that decides the job

How we keep you running while we work.

Every commercial proposal we issue includes a phasing plan and the hours each zone is out of service. If we cannot make the window work, we will tell you at the walk-through rather than halfway through the install.

Stage 01

Work to clinic hours

The sequence is built around the appointment book, not around our crew calendar.

Evenings & weekends
Stage 02

Contain the room

Full containment and HEPA extraction so the rest of the building stays in use.

One room sealed
Stage 03

Lay and cove

Seamless system laid with the coved base formed as part of it — no welds, no seams.

No seams
Stage 04

Back for clinic

Room walked and handed back before the next session, with cure confirmed on site.

Common questions

What facility managers ask us first.

Can you work outside patient hours?
Yes — evenings, weekends and closed days, room by room, with the working area fully contained and under HEPA extraction. On a clinic the sequence is built around the appointment book rather than around our crew calendar.
Will there be odour during clinic?
Not with the low-odour, low-VOC systems we specify as standard for occupied healthcare buildings, and not with the work sequenced so curing happens outside patient hours. If a particular space needs a system that cannot meet that, we will tell you before you commit rather than after.
Is it suitable for an operating theatre?
That depends on whether the space requires conductive or static-dissipative flooring, which is a different specification and a different certification. Ask us and we will give you a straight answer about what we can and cannot install — and if it is outside what we do, we will say so.
Next step

Walk the building with us.

An hour on site gets you a moisture reading, an honest assessment of the slab and the joints, a system recommendation, and a phasing plan that fits your operation. No obligation, and no pressure to decide on the spot.
