Residential

We still build the best garage floors on the Seacoast.

Garages, basements, porches and pool decks — ground, flaked and sealed, and specified for the road salt that comes off your car every winter. Most are a single day on site.

Common questions

What homeowners ask us.

Is the quote really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. We come and look at the slab because that is the only way to give you a number that will not change later.
How long will my garage be out of use?
Usually one day on site, with foot traffic the same evening and the car back on it after 24 to 48 hours. On a cold slab both take longer, and we give you the figure for your garage rather than the one on the data sheet.
Can you do it in winter?
In a heated garage, year-round. In an unheated one it depends on the slab temperature and the dew point — and if the conditions are wrong we would rather book you for spring than lay a floor that will not cure properly.
What about the cracks and the pitting?
Repaired first, as part of the job. We will also tell you if a crack looks structural rather than cosmetic, because that is a concrete question before it is a coating one.
